You acknowledge that trading in leveraged derivatives — including forex, CFDs, futures, and options — carries a high level of risk. You can lose more than your initial deposit. Past performance shown in our research is not indicative of future results.

You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and for the consequences of those decisions, regardless of any content you read on this site.

All original content on TraderFaculty is copyright © TraderFaculty Editorial Co., Ltd. We license personal, non-commercial viewing. You may quote up to 200 consecutive words in another publication with a visible link back to the source URL. Anything beyond that requires written permission.

Feedback and submissions

Corrections, suggestions, or other feedback you send us may be used to improve the site. You grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use that feedback. You retain ownership of any underlying work.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TraderFaculty is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages — including lost profits, lost trading opportunity, or loss of data — arising out of your use of the site.

Our maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim related to the site is capped at THB 1,000, or the equivalent in your local currency. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Termination

We can suspend or terminate access for anyone who materially breaches these terms. You can stop using the site at any time by closing your browser tab.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Bangkok, unless your local consumer-protection laws grant you additional rights that can't be waived.
